That's not in my repository. The only changset I have for that file is 1.7.3.223 dated 2004/03/04, which adds the initial version of the file. All the changesets I've got for March 8 have numbers starting with 1.2068.1. Perhaps you haven't moved all the changes from the usb-2.6 tree to the gregkh-2.6 tree recently? Or maybe some changes got applied to the wrong tree?
