No, what happened is some patches I had to make in the "to send to
Linus" tree only, as that is the "true" tree.  My tree is still stuck at
2.6.4 right now, I'll resync up in a few minutes after I make it through
my morning email slog...

So yes, there are some patches in the "sent to Linus" tree that are not
in "my" tree, as they would not apply at all (due to a total lack of
that file being present...)

Hope that helps explain things.
