looking through my archived Bluetooth emails I found this thread

It was something about adding ->drv_cb and ->hcd_cb to the struct urb,
but the last message from Max was:
I'll go ahead and change my driver to use ->drv_list
and ->drv_cb and send the patch to you.
Actually he never send out any code for it :(
