looking through my archived Bluetooth emails I found this thread http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.linux.kernel/111604 It was something about adding ->drv_cb and ->hcd_cb to the struct urb, but the last message from Max was: I'll go ahead and change my driver to use ->drv_list and ->drv_cb and send the patch to you.
