Not that I know of. Unless suspend/resume works on the LH7A404?
That bus glue might be able to just stop/start clocks in addition to calling the root hub suspend/resume code, if it's like some of the other such chips I've looked at. I suspect this driver will be easiest to clone/modify (for new chips), since platform_device is so easy to work with ... that'd make it an even better model!
