Hi.

Is anyone out there using the Philips ISP116x host controller or the
ISP1362 OTG controller as a host?

I'm trying to get an ISP1362 chip running, but just as a host
controller for now. (In my understanding, this chip includes an
ISP116x inside of it)
I'm having a really hard time getting it to work!

I didn't find any suitable drivers for kernel 2.6 (though I'll try to
port over any drivers that I get working w/ 2.4), but there are a few
around for kernel 2.4.

I'm trying to use the drivers from applieddata's AGX board patches,
because they're using the same chip. See
"http://www.applieddata.net/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1460&SearchTerms=USB";

I'm doing this with a Sharp LH7A400 SoC (ARM9). I patched a 2.4.19
kernel to 2.4.19-rmk7-pxa2-adsx10, and then manually applied the
needed patches for the lh7a400 (from a development kit), as well as
enabled including these drivers for non-pxa chips. (like mine) I can
now boot my kernel fine, and I have it setting the ISP1362 registers.
However, when I plug in a device, it gets stuck in a loop where it
will continually get ATL interrupts.

Anyways, before I get too in-depth..

Is anyone [successfully] using an ISP116x or ISP1362?
Which kernel are you using?

Thanks a bunch,
Mike
