Unfortunately, nothing substantial yet.

The usb 2.0 performance has dropped down to around 5.0MB/s however,
which seems strange for something that's just adding diagnostic output.

I've been running it through the paces, although I've been having some
fun with a hard drive that appears to be beginning to fail that's been
slowing me down a bit.

This bug seems to be hard to trigger, so I'll keep moving data around on
the device in an effort to trigger it. My biggest concern right now is
making sure my data is secure, however, so I've got to make a few
backups first. :(
