Please don't add this yet. Firstly fix the fact the bogus call to set_ldisc in the code. Secondly mask_to_rate is wrong. The mask to rate conversions depend upon the platform (long story of compatibility) and you should use the tty layer one. The ioctl todo's for termios also need doing.
