Hallo!
Because of the not working ALi based USB 2.0 cards I decided to buy two new cards using NEC chips. (My other "no name" cards with NEC chip are working fine with Linux.)
I bought two Tekram DC-602T USB 2.0 cards. (Chip is NEC D720100AGM, same as on my other cards.)
But unforeseeable they give me a new problem: With Kernel 2.6.6 and lower they seem to work very well, but with Kernel 2.6.7 and higher I got trouble. Whenever I connect a USB 2.0 device, regardless what device type it is, I get
fatal error HC died; cleaning up
I attached my log files.
