In this case you may have been too pessimistic. Maybe you don't really need a 200 us delay, maybe something just slightly more than 100 us will be enough. (It could be that the clocks on your computer and your USB interface run a little too fast/slow respectively.) Try using 110, 120, and so on. See how much you actually need. If it's not much bigger than 100, we can simply use the larger number for everyone.
