Using the files you attached makes the dongle work! It gets an IP
address via DHCP and pings out quite nicely. I've not done a whole lot
of stress testing but it is looking pretty good!

It also seems to have fixed my bluetooth dongle, at least I can now make
a connection to my phone.

Would you still like me to try some of the other things you mentioned
and gather logs?
