Clean up the coding style issues, and submit it as per
Documentation/SubmittingPatches says to do so (send it to the usb
maintainer and cc: this list too.)

I have one of these somewhere, but as the vendor is trying to ship a
closed source driver for the device, and refuses to admit that this is a
problem, I really have no motivation to help support it:
