I can't get USB to work with Linux. I am not at all a developer (or even an especially competent Linux user!) but I just can't find a solution to this and I was advised to post to your list.

Could someone give me some pointers on where to start, given the following diagnostics outputs. Neither my Zip drive (shown plugged in here) nor a card reader are being assigned to nodes, so I can't mount them.
