I enabled usbmon in the kernel and got some output, if you want it I can post it. I am sure you can make more of it than me, but I can't even find this urb tag in it: ... ohci_hcd 0000:00:02.0: urb ffff810030904540 path 2 ep2in 83160000 cc 8 --> status -75 OHCI Host Controller is on bus2 and 3, but only getting output on 2, nothing on 3.
