We have files in cvs related to the kernel? Where? No, there is no external tree, becides my quilt patch tree, which can be found on kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/gregkh/gregkh-2.6/patches/usb/ or in the -mm kernel releases. Doing kernel development outside of the main tree with cvs or svn is not a good idea, and causes lots of bad things to happen.
