You didn't state it quite right.  Unlike the other patches I sent 
recently, which are intended both for -mm and Greg's development tree, 
this one was intended only for Greg (although of course once he accepts 
it, it will quickly migrate into -mm).  The bug it fixes doesn't show up 
readily without the hub autosuspend patch, which Greg hasn't accepted yet.

None of this is relevant for the vanilla 2.6.18-rc series, since the USB 
autosuspend code isn't in there at all.
