If that's a problem for you, then please try the OHCI
patch (for hashchain corruption) I just posted to the
linux-usb-devel list ... I don't know if that'll solve all
of the problems folk have had with the ov511, or
with the Cyrix OHCI setup, but it's possible there's
really just a single bug there.

That Belkin card really ought to work fine; it's done
so in the past. 2.4.4 had some portability updates.
That hashchain patch addresses some problems in
those updates; it'd be good to know if somehow
any other problem(s) crept in.
Karl's strange "irq = 0" issue will get smarter treatment
with that patch (via two updates from the AC tree).
That is, it'll diagnose the OHCI SIS as misconfigured,
and then ignore it.
