Yep, although it's only every third time for me. The problem seems to get worse when I burn long CDs, and doesn't seem to happen at all if I just burn 3 minute CDs. cdrecord gets locked up in a "D" state, and the only way to fix it I've found is to shut the computer down, and reboot.
