I have a Sony Vaio with an external USB floppy that appears as a SCSI
drive at /dev/sda

The drive works fine, but I'm trying to build a Coyote Linux distro, which
besides having hard coded ideas about writing to /dev/fd0, also needs to
have the disk formatted to 1.68M (for the features I need)

Is this possible to do with a USB floppy? I certainly can't figure out
some way to trick fdformat into working.

Is there some other tool? How would I use it.

Thanks so much,
Kellan
