Hi,

When burning cd's with the Iomega 650 CD-RW the first two cd's almost
allways burn until completed, but the third often (perhaps always) stops
burning in the middle of the process. It doesn't stop at the same
moment.
cdrecord complains with "faio_wait_on_buffer for writer timed out"
After rebooting it all works fine again off course, so is rebooting
after burning two cd's helpful.

This didn't occur with a laptop I had last year, using the same
cd-burner IIRC.

I ran cdrecord with a priority of -10.

If more information is needed, I will be happy to provide it.

Thanks,

Aschwin van der Woude
