Timeout's typically are caused by IRQ routing problems. What's PCI
device 00:09.0?

-84 is -EILSEQ which is CRC/Timeout. That's usually caused by a flaky
device or flaky cable.

I'd suggest checking out the cable, perhaps swapping it with another one
if possible.

You may also want to try to the uhci.o driver, but I suspect this isn't
a host software problem.
