Of course not. YOU HAVEN'T TOLD US ANYTHING! You haven't even told us what the 
problem is - "does not work" doesn't help. We need detail - whether the mouse 
is recognised, what modules are loaded, what the architecture is, and so on.

Go to http://www.linux-usb.org and find the FAQ entry on how to report a 
problem.

Unless you can reproduce these problems on a vanilla kernel (ie one from 
http://www.kernel.org) , I'd suggest contacting RedHat.
