I've heard that some host controllers for embedded applications have an 
unusually small input buffer. For example, the Cypress SL811HS has a 240 
byte buffer. This means that you might have to use a different alternate 
setting (i.e. one with MxPS <= buffer size). I'm not sure if that is 
what's causing your problems, but it's worth a try.
