Hi!
Wrote some time ago about my problems. Appears that cable was indeed
defective.
1. With Red Hat 7.3 kernel 2.4.18-10 it seems to work. Devices:
Iogear PCI USB 2.0 controller from (buy.com $10AR)
DMI USB 2.0 5.25" enclosure (xpcgear $60,pcmicrostore $46)
2. In 2.5.33 after modprobe ehci-hcd (device is connected) I am getting:
PCI: Found IRQ 10 for device 01:0b.2
PCI: Sharing IRQ 10 with 00:1f.3
PCI: Sharing IRQ 10 with 01:09.0
