I've just recently upgraded my kernel to 2.5.45, and deceided to do a
full reinstall just to clean out the cruft from the system.

I haven't played with devfs before, but it seems like a Good Thing (tm),
so I set it up, and everything seems to be working pretty well, with the
exception of my USB Zip drive.

I know USB works, as it's picking up my mouse just fine, and I've got
the scsi emulation working cause my ide burner works as a scsi one.

Under /dev I get 3 links that I think could be the zip drive, sg0, sg1,
and sg2. Trying to mount any of these returns:

mount: /dev/sg2 is not a block device

Dmesg gives me the following:

drivers/usb/core/hub.c: new USB device 00:11.2-2, assigned address 3
scsi1 : SCSI emulation for USB Mass Storage devices
Vendor: IOMEGA Model: ZIP 100 Rev: 48.X
Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 02
WARNING: USB Mass Storage data integrity not assured
USB Mass Storage device found at 3

cdrecord --scanbus

scsibus1:
        1,0,0 100) 'IOMEGA ' 'ZIP 100 ' '48.X' Removable Disk

/dev/sg2 -> scsi/host1/bus0/target0/lun0/generic

I may have missed something somewhere, is there any simple reason why
the setup I'm using doesn't work?

I can give more information about configs/logs if someone has some idea
what I should be looking for.

Thanks.
