I'm sorry... I must have missed your earlier posting...
What is it that you have? The X10 cameras (assuming you mean
the cameras from X10.com) themselves are just NTSC cameras and work
with whatever video capture you like. I have several. If you really
mean the USB video capture dongle from X10 (again, sorry I didn't see
your earlier post) then you should look at the usbvision package. I've
had it "semi-working" but, as I understand it, you have to do some bit
fiddling to get the usbvison stuff working with NTSC. I think the
drivers, out of the box, default to settings that work with PAL.
