24 Oct, msg # 9973209 ... > What is it that you have? XC10A camera, VR31A receiver, VA11A USB/video adapter. Works (kinda poorly, I detest the interface and the proprietary picture server utility, which does not meet my needs) under Winblows (XP-Pro, 2000-Pro, 98SE - tried all 3). I'm trying to get this thing set up so it can serve as a real-time door monitor for the University I.T. Help Desk. Some of my young people who man the phones after regular business hours are fearful (rightfully, unfortunately, and enough said because that's a several-hundred-page tirade in itself) after it gets dark. I don't like having a "blind" entryway, and the camera will be streamed out to their desk monitors via our intranet. -- Wes Will Network Specialist II Information Technology, Customer Support Center "The Help Desk" 618-453-5155 ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe, use the last form field at: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-usb-users
