Does this happen to be a product from ssiamerica? I have their MP3
jukebox for my truck. It comes with a usbide driver for windows, and
mounts in windows as a removable diskdrive. I've been trying to get
this to work on My redhat 8.0 machine without sucess. I've emailed them
a few times for support (Not only this issue, but for them to support
.ogg files as well, which they say is coming).

I found a linux site that claims to have a driver to work for devices
that need the usbide driver in windows... He had another brand of MP3
player. I couldn't get this to work either.
