Hi!

I have a debian system running on the following configuration:

Mainboard : ASUS CUR-DLS dual processor with ServerWorks chipset
Processor : 2*Intel P3 1000MHz
Kernel    : 2.4.19 with ac4 patch
Modules loaded:
 hid                    19008   0  (unused)
 usb-ohci               18336   0  (unused)
 usbcore                62912   1  [hid usb-ohci]
 input                   3456   0  [hid]


When I connect Back-UPS 500 to the USB port I get the following (from

The device is not recognized by the kernel. Can you help me what could be
wrong?
