Hi Gregory,
        Others seem to have no problems with this device with the 2.4.18 
kernel;

        Perhaps you could post the debug kernel logs for when you have a 
problem? I would expect 2.4.20 to be better than 2.4.18 (just because it 
is a more patches release).
