OK Fixed it already. It needs the latest v2.13 firmware from Daisy Multimedia's webstite. Then it shows up as in Mandrake 9.1 as it should. The confusing thing is that there are several variants of firmware available depending on the memory capacity of the Pen you have. I had to try each in turn until the Pen accepted it.
