Hmm... The stock RH9 kernel didn't work for me. I
didn't check to see what the problem was but it
behaved as if MULTI_LUN was not enabled (ie. I could
only see one device for my reader). Maybe it is
something else... I downloaded a kernel.org 2.4.21 and
copied my settings over from 2.4.19 (RH7.2) and it
worked...

I also couldn't find a redhat rpm. I found the source.
It is very easy to compile. There is  a newer version
out now. You can start here:
