Thanks for help :) I'm don't have APIC enabled and I already tried 'uhci.o' module. Loading and unloading usb-uhci everytime I need to scan is problematic, as I have an USB mouse and keyboard. I guess I'll just live with it until one of the future versions of linux-usb fixes remaining usb core problems. I've tried 2.6.0-test1-ac2 on another machine but some things I need/use are not supported by it yet.
