Update: In the previous tests I tried the box with an old computer and with an old cdrom drive. But when I tried it with a more recent motherboard and more recent cdrom drive, it worked without any problems. However, it still doesn't work with hard drives (I tried with a drive manufactured in Oct 2002). The usb-storage module gets stuck if I try. Should I prepare the drive somehow for usb use?
