Sorry - i hadn't seen the Maxtor unit. The USB drives i've seen were
all a standard SCSI/IDE drive inside an enclosure with a chipset to do
USB -> disk. Usually the mfg tells you what chipset is being used on the
package somewhere. Assumed the Maxtor was the same, sorry.
