Is this the recently released 2.6.0, not one of the -test versions?

I had many system crashes with 2.4.xx and kernel 2.6.0-test5 was much
better from that point of view but I never managed to get a USB 2.0
product working reliably. But I have read reports of problems with
later 2.6.0-testx kernels and it appeared to me that things were not
improving. I had other problems with -test5 so I stopped using it,
and I have not yet tried the 2.6.0 release.

Have you tried it without the ehci-hcd module loaded? It's just a
shot in the dark, but USB 2.0 appears to be more unstable than 1.1.

If you are using the released version then yours is the first report I
have seen. Apart from the USB issues, how do you find it?

73,
Ged.
