Hello,

I'm unable to mount my usb jump drive. The command below returns /dev/sda1" not a valid block device.

mount -t vfat /dev/sda1 /mnt/usbdrive

I typed "modprobe usb-storage", before that too. Anyway, I don't know how to recompile the kernel, but I can do a reinstall. I could back up first too, but maybe there is a shorter way?
