Hello,

I have an external case for my dvd burner. Most of the time the device
works flawlessly. But when burning Videos on DVD-RW and using the drive
as a "normal" reader, I get the above message quite often.

"usb x-y: control timeout on ep0in"

Last time I copied a CD full of mp3s to my harddisk. While my build-in
dvd drive did it without a problem, the burner failed randomly between
300 MB and 400 MB.

I attached what lsusb said about the device.

I tested it with Kernel 2.6.6 and Kernel 2.6.7-rc2.
