I have a UseFlashDrive (Transcend JetFlash 256Mb, usb2) I plugin it to usb port and call: # mount /dev/sdb /mnt/flash /dev/sdb: Input/output error mount: you must specify the filesystem type # mount -t msdos /dev/sdb /mnt/flash mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sdb, ~ or too many mounted file systems # mount -t vfat /dev/sdb /mnt/flash mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sdb, ~ or too many mounted file systems # mount -t msdos /dev/sdb1 /mnt/flash mount: /dev/sdb1 is not a valid block device
# sfdisk -l /dev/sdb
Disk /dev/sdb: 1023 cylinders, 64 heads, 32 sectors/track read: Input/output error
sfdisk: read error on /dev/sdb - cannot read sector 0 ~ /dev/sdb: unrecognized partition No partitions found
Kernel was compiled by ASP (www.asplinux.ru) :-) EasyDisk Flash work (usb 1.xx)
How to mount Transcend JetFlash?
