Hi,

I am using a USB-to-IDE box with a Seagate Barracuda ST320082. After a
few hours of operation, the disk stops responding, logging something
along the lines of:

Jul 20 14:15:32 lefler kernel: SCSI disk error : host 0 channel 0 id 0 lun 0 return
code = 70000
Jul 20 14:15:32 lefler kernel:  I/O error: dev 08:05, sector 192156248

This repeats. The process stays in status D, of course unkillable.

Is this a known issue with the Cypress chipset? Any hints will be
appreciated.

Greetings
Marc
