I don't know how you are supposed to get the patch from that
html message.... without a lot of hand-editing/fixing.

I have put the as344 patch temporarily in

http://developer.osdl.org/rddunlap/patches/  (directory),
the download:  as344.patch

After that, apply it at the top of a kernel tree like so:

patch -p1 < as344.patch

and rebuild the kernel, install it, and reboot.

as344.patch will be removed in a few days....
