When I try connect my usb modem to USB 2.0 EHCI connector,
it shows like "USB 1-1: device not accepting address 4, error -71".
Strange thing is when I try conexant external USB modem, it works fine.

Is there any work-around for this situation? When I looked through archived news, So many cases is found. But It doesn't help me.
If some guys has some good idea, please let me know it.

Thanks
James
