That means usbnet doesn't think it can drive that device as it hasn't
bound to it. However, what is strange is there are other messages I'd
expect to see in your log that aren't there (like no driver for device
message).

BTW, your mailer seems to have screwed up the format of the
/proc/bus/usb/devices.
