OK, I tried 2.6.15-rc5, and it didn't work. I continue to get the cd-writer associated to sda, not being able to read cds... :( Is this the moment to grab some info? Maybe I need to disable sd_mod again in order to be able to get messages through dmesg and also compile with debug enabled? Let me knwo so I do that when having some time, or maybe some one else already reported this?
