It patches the ehci-hcd driver. The maintainer for ehci-hcd has been pretty busy recently. I hope that he'll eventually find time to go over the patches and approve them (he already has approved the first one, but it's the other two that really matter). When (or if!) he agrees, they will be submitted for inclusion in the official kernel.
