When build the UDC and file_storage drivers as loadable modules, 
everything works fine by doing insmod. If configure them to statically 
linked in the kernel, I got error messages like "g_file_storage 
gadget-lun0: unable to open backing file: /dev/hde2". The USB file 
storage backing file is an IDE partition,  /dev/hde2.

Can file_storage driver be statically built into the kernel?
