Hi Igor.

You're in luck -- I have the sales slip in front of me:->

The CompUSA card I'm using is PCI-USBNEC101-5P-2 (SKU: 288605; price $29.99).  
The
Belkin card was SKU: 36646 ($39.99). You can find them on the CompUSA
web site by searching for "SKU: 288605", etc
