Hi everybody!

Yesterday i bought a USB PCMCIA adapter card because the two usb
controllers in my notebook are broken. I have a digital photo camera
whish is working as a mass storage (worked very nice with my internal
controller... but that is broken by now :( ). I hat a very fast
connection. When i plug in my camera to the new pcmcia card, it is
sooooooo slooooooooow. I can copy a picture in half an hour (thats not
even 12 MB/s !!!).

The kernel module loader loads the ohci and ehci modules for the pcmcia
card. when i connect the camera its always attached to the ohci driver.
i don't know, if it is this the problem.

i am using gentoo, the pcmcia card is from delock (is an nec controller
with usb 2.0). below is the kernel log from inserting the pcmcia card to
connecting the camera.

can anyone help me pleeeeease in making my camera working fast again?
