I filed a bug against ALSA [0]. The Usb audio maintainer seems to think it's
either my host controller or the ochi-hcd driver. Which could ofcourse be the
case.

If anyone has any suggestions to debug this further to determine what
subsystem/hardware is actually the faulty one here would be very much
appreciated :)
