Hi: I am using Debian unstable update to the latest packages with the 2.6.22 
kernel. I am getting the following error when I connect my Nikon D2Xs camera 
via usb and turn it on:

kernel: end_request: I/O error

I'm am fairly certain that this camera was working with this kernel, and it 
was certainly working with my old kernel (2.6.16) and now it works with 
neither one. I may have changed some options in both kernels recently, but 
usb mass storage is still working as I have an older Nikon camera (usb 1.1) 
and also an MP3 player (usb 2.0) that both work via usb mass storage. I have 
verified that it is not the camera, cord or card. I also have made sure that 
the camera is in mass storage mode and not PTP. When I connect with PTP I do 
not see any error, although I haven't figured out how to get PTP working yet.

Given that I'm having the problem with previously working kernels...is there 
any way that non-kernel updates could have created this problem? Any ideas? 
I've searched and seen that some people have had similar problems with the 
D70 camera.
