Thanks.

Even the new ones can use Logitech mode ... but because that one wasn't
implemented properly, it didn't work. Oh well, better not to talk about
serial mice. Too badly implemented in Linux. I hope my new drivers will
make it in in 2.5. (For example Mouse Systems mice have a 24
updates/second rate with Linux. This is slow and jerky. However, the
hardware allows twice as much with all Mouse Systems mice, being close
to PS/2 mouse performance and better than Microsoft protocol. Just by
understanding the protocol better you can achieve this. No tweaking.
*sigh*)

I don't think many will do that. Most of them will include wacom.o and
also hid.o for their USB keyboard. They won't notice wacom.o is doing
nothing and hid.o is handling their PenPartner as well.
Also, in the config.in line is explicitely stated 'Intuos/Graphire'.
Perhaps we should add 'not PenPartner' in the help. But I think this
won't cause much trouble.

Yes. We wouldn't need wacom.o if Wacom followed the HID spec.

Well, it might have given more clue to PenPartner users, but from the
technical point of view, I think it was worth merging the drivers.
Btw, does the latest (0.5) driver work well for you? Or did I break
anything?
